We retain client records in accordance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and our internal retention policies. Information is securely deleted or destroyed when no longer required.

We utilize secure third-party providers (e.g., tax software platforms, secure cloud services). These providers are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate data protection safeguards.
