FAQ

• Why can’t I log in directly from the website? To protect client information, portal access is individualized and provided by secure invitation only. We do not maintain a public login page.

• What if I’m a new client? Once your engagement is finalized, you will receive a secure portal invitation with instructions for account setup and document upload.

• How should I send sensitive tax or financial documents? All sensitive documents must be uploaded through our secure client portal. We do not recommend sending tax or financial information through standard email.  

• Is my information encrypted? Yes. Documents transmitted through our portal are encrypted in transit and stored in secure cloud environments protected by multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.

• How long will my documents remain available in the portal? Documents remain available in accordance with our document retention policies. If you need access to archived records, please contact our office.

• What if I forgot my portal login credentials? Use the secure password reset option provided in your portal invitation email. If you need assistance, contact our support team for identity verification.
